The Founder

B.P Rao & Co, CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS was established in Bangalore, India in 1976. It was founded by B.P. RAO. He was Elected as the President of the Institute of Chartered of Accountants India on 18th January 1994 for the year 1994-95. He was nominated as a Council Member for International Federation of Chartered Accountants (IFAC) for the period of 1995-97. He has been nominated as member of Membership Committee and WTO Task Force of International Federation of Accountants (IFAC). Elected as the Vice President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India on 18th January 1993 for the year 1993-94. Elected as Member of Central Council of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the year 1988 and again reelected in the year 1992 and 1995.

Completed B. Com., in the year 1971 at St. Alloycius College, Mangalore, South kanara District. He secured 43 rd Rank in C.A. Intermediate Examination and completed Final C A in 1977. Started practice in the year 1980 as a partner of M/s B.P.RAO & CO., Chartered Accountants: He is: having wide experience in audit, Taxation and preparation of project Report.

Sri P KRISHAN BHAT

Being a B.Com, graduate, passed C A Examination in May 1985 and joined as partner of the Firm. He is having vast and abundant experience in audit and Taxation matters.

Having completed B.Com, graduation, passed C.A Examination in May 1985. Presently looking after the affairs of the Mysore branch office of the firm.
