Our communication executives will take the details and book the taxi for you with the booking reference number.
There by, the nearest available SPOT City Taxi is radioed to pick up our customer. Subject to the availability of the Taxi in the respective location.
Under the Self employed Programme for Organised Transport service, SPOT City Transit services pvt ltd., encourages the small entrepreneurs. They are the owner cum drivers. Thus creating employment and providing a livelihood to the small entrepreneurs with the enrolment in SPOT Fleet. After the expenses, the owner cum driver can earn Rs.10, 000/- per month approximately.
Some of the salient features of the Enrolment are:-
 The total earnings from the trips made belong to the owner cum driver.
Owner cum driver pays one time enrolment charge, as a refundable deposit.
After the enrolment, a nominal monthly air time fee and operating cost is
paid by the owner cum driver
The owners cum driver do make direct trips on their own, subject to, logging
in the customer details with the control room.
SPOT City Transit Services Pvt. Ltd., always strive to maintain discipline in the fleet, with regular checks on the Owner / driver details and Vehicle inspections. This is done by the Senior Fleet Manager assisted with assistant manager. Control Room related activities are managed by the control room Manager. Supported by shift supervisors and their respective teams.

Once you have booked Spot City Taxi, please ask for booking reference
number.
Please furnish enough details with land mark, gate numbers, informing the security while booking the taxi. This would enable the owner / driver to reach in time.
On boarding the Taxi, for safety and reference purpose, make a note of the Vehicle ID No. / Vehicle Registration No.
After the trip is completed you may ask for the receipt that is optional.
Check your belongings before you leave the Taxi. In an event of having forgotten, please call the control room immediately with the Taxi details.
